After reading the book, I realised that this  information product  has all the information ones need to overcome depression .  The title of the book is The mindful Way Through Depression. The most interesting thing about this book is that four unique expects were given the opportunity to explain why our usual attempts to think our  way out of a bad mood lead us deeper into the downward spiral.
