Learn To Laugh

One of the first signs of mental breakdown is inability to laugh. It is not positions that makes you happy; it is your disposition, your nature, your make up, character and your propensity. Laughter reduces health sapping tension and relaxes the tissues as well as exercises the most vital organs of human system.

Those that frowns grow wrinkles prematurely but when you smile, it increases your face value. I watched a documentary on the television; a research was conducted in America which revealed that most comedians live up to 100 years. This is because of the lighter mood their profession demands, they make people laugh at all times. While laughter sends healing waves round the whole body, frowning, anger and malice dry man's system.

If you do not want to grow old untimely, call everyone you have issues with and settle once and for all. This will enable you live long. You must also be happy whatever you do per time. Like your job and be excited about your assignment. When your job pleases you , you become tireless and want to do it more and more , if your job does not excite you, you easily get tired. If you keep managing such job, it might slow you down in destiny and shorten your life span.

Cherish what you have. Those  who nthink only of what others have which they do not always look unhappy. Learn to appreciate God no matter your  condition. If you are grateful for what God has done for you, He will be compeled to do more.

Life Is a Battle Ground

Life is a battle ground. No soldier goes to the battle front in pyjamas but with armour and other equipment of war. Life is like running a hundred meter race in the Olympic games. No athlete goes to the track with flowing babariga rather he trains up and dresses up for the race. Many people have a wrong approach to life, they blame someone else for their faults and failure.

There was a time in my life when i used to cried every night and blamed some set of people for my problems.  my situation  did not changed  until I started taking responsibility for my life. Human beings generally don’t want to take responsibility for their faults or failures.  Successful  people are those who learnt to take both the credit and the blame for everything that happens in their lives. If you don’t believe that you are responsible for creating your failures and successes, then you will just accept things as they come.

Nobody is responsible for your world. You may be born blind or lame. You may not have control over that. But you do have control over the kind of world you live in.

The astounding story of Wendy will definitely thrill anyone. She placed third, just two- and – half points from first, in the Iowa girls’s state diving championships. At the University of Florida, she earned the number two position on the varsity diving team. She was aiming for the national finals. Wendy carried a full academic load, found time for bowling, and was on accomplished water- skier. The most remarkable thing about Wendy was her typing. She made 45 wpm (word per minute) on her keyboard with her toes.

What is so astounding about her ? You might ask. Well, Wendy was born without arms! How did she make it then ? She quit sorry for herself. She refused to offer her situation as  an excuse to become a begger. She possessed the spirit of a winner. Winner do not look for excuses. They simply act and win, you too can be a winner no matter your situation.

Hold On To Your Dreams You Will Get There

All people dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their mind, wake in the morning to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous people, for they dream their dreams with open eyes, and make them come true. No matter how the past of your life has been, keep all your dream so close to your heart, and never give up, even when your life is falling apart. Let your dreams  give you strength to carry on and help you find the future, you feel  has gone. Your dreams are your tomorrows and even through the thick darkness of life’s storms, don’t give up! Nothing is impossible, as long as you believe.

Life can readily be wasted when frustration is permitted to set in. Refuse to be discouraged. Keep up your fighting spirit and you are sure to ultimately win.

Bob Gass tells the story of Theodore Seuss Giesel. Thedore drew cartoons in a  “creature-of-the month”  ad compaign for a popular insecticide called  “Fit”. He wanted to expand into commercial illustrating, but his advertising contract wouldn’t allow it. So he tried his hand at writing children’s books- and flopped!  After 27 rejections of his first attempt, A STORY NO ONE CAN BEAT, he was ready to quit. One night, on the way home to burn his manuscript, he ran into an old schoolmate who had just been hired as a children’s book editor with Vanguard Press. With a little help, and changing the title to THINK THAT I SAW IT ON MULBERRY STREET, Thoedor’s first book finally made it to the press.

There is a message here for you. Even when others offer you no hope or encouragement, refuse to quit! Refuse to let anybody intimidate you or deter you from your goals! Fight and overcome every limitation! Remember, every winner- every one of them face defeat and adversity; and you are no different.
